deleted Health app icon by accident
I cannot find it anywhere to add it back to my iPhone. My software is updated.

As it cannot be deleted, it has to be there somewhere. Have you checked all of the pages and folders? Have you done a Spotlight search? If all else fails, you can go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Homescreen Layout.
