Unable to download nor update apps

Hi guys

I have MBP 15", early 2011, 10.10.3 Yosemite OSx and I use iTunes 12.1.

It seems that I am unable to update the apps for iphone (purchased) not I am able to download updates for the apps (attached). can you hep me.

Thanks for the reply KiltedTim, I called apple costumer service and they checked, they found that I don't owe them anything. In fact they don't know whats this problem and I was transferred between 3 IT techs. The last solution after almost 2 hours call and screen sharing, they said that they have to investigate further and will contact me. This service is nice but I was frustrated with the No solution part.


I don't even able to delete and re-download iTunes as its part of the system. Any further suggestion please.
