I have downloaded the profile for Utility Warehouse Webmail, but cannot send email. Utility Warehouse say there is no problem but I get message that outgoing server faled amongst other similar messages. How do I resolve this please.

I have downloaded the profile for Utility Warehouse Webmail, but cannot send email. Utility Warehouse say there is no problem but I get message that outgoing server failed amongst other similar messages, such as unable to move messages and unable to create mailbox. Utility Warehouse supplied settings and say these are correct. How do I resolve this please?
