Email with MobileIron resets daily

Hi,

I have a user with a new 6+ and his email resets daily. We are using IOS 8.3 and MobileIron to connect to our company's Outlook Exchange server. We have wiped the phone twice but it is still happening. Also we have over 100 other users with different iphones and ipads with the exact same config with Mobile Iron and no one else is having the issue.

We have called Mobile Iron and they have looked at the logs and they do not see anything that would explain this. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
