all my purchase songs keeps disappearing from my iPhone

Why all my purchased songs keeps disappearing from my iPhone and I could not play it anymore unless I download it from the cloud icon next to the song? This is ridiculous! After a day or two all the downloaded songs again will be on the cloud, I cannot play it while im on a plane, or on the go running in the park.

Just a waste of TIME and MONEY!
