Color - 4K Grading from FCP 7

I am wondering if someone had a workflow/explanation of exporting to Color from FCP for 4K Video finishing.

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8), 1,1 4 Core 2.66 GHz, 10GB RAM, FCS2
