Can I link my inbox's on my Mac and iPhone?

When I delete emails from Mail on my Mac, I have to go onto my phone and delete them from there too. So I'm going through every email twice a day, and I get a lot of emails. Does anyone know how to link them or anything? I have no problems sending/receiving emails by the way.
