How do I delete (or deactivate) an existing Apple ID?

I created an Apple ID for my sister, I created one from iTunes store ending with an extension @gmail.com. And then I created another through iCloud ending with an extension @icloud.com because the previous one was asking for credit card and all payment information. How do i delete the previous one with extension @gmail.com
