How do I clear my old hard drive which is locked. I just installed an SSD and was in the process of erasing the info on my old hard drive and received an error and now it's locked and my password no longer works.
I just upgraded my hard drive to solid state and am trying to use my old hard drive as an external. In the process of erasing it there was an error and now my password no longer works. Please advise how i can wipe clean the drive. Thanks!
