In my Safari.....I have a nice list of MY FOLDERS on the left side.Suddenly, it will not scroll at all. How can I get it back to srolling>

Using Safari.

On the left I have the list of MY FOLDERS.

It used to allow me to scroll up and down,Suddenly it will not do so anymore.
