wireless keyboard tracking rate ipad ios 8.3

Hello, I have the Apple wireless keyboard connected to my iPad and am trying to figure out how to adjust the "tracking rate" that will determine how quickly the cursor will repeat. More specifically, when you hld down the 'delete' button, how fast the cursor will erase the text, etc. There should be a slider bar somewhere that will adjust this, but I can't find it! Thanks!
