All resource intensive applications, games among them, will drive up the temperatures in a MBP. You can check in Activity Monitor, opened to ALL PROCESSES, and see which specific applications are responsible. Lowering the settings may help in lowering the temperatures.

any other ways to cool down?
i use smc fan but i have never forced it to run at higher pm!
You can try a cooling pad and play games in a room where there is low ambient temperature.
Ciao.
so is it ok i have a fan in my room and i play on it
any problem for the cpu in future?
A fan is good. The CPU has thermal sensors so that when it gets very hot, it will shut down before it is damaged.
Ciao.
