When I end a call, my iPhone 5 phantom dials someone else from My Favorites.This happens about 10% of the time and is embarrasing. I researched the problem on Apple and a blogger said a phone can be hacked, and the solution would be to trade the phone for another one. They also said the BUG could be stored in my cloud so don't restore from the cloud? What can be done to fix this annoying problem?
