Does fcp x work with any control surfaces?

Hi, I am now up to date, working with fcp x on the new Mac Pro. I am considering buying the Mackie Universal Pro surface controller for my work in Pro Tools, but I am interested if this could also work with fcp x. If not, are there any other control surfaces that do?
