I upgraded my iCloud storage to 20GB but it's still showing as 5GB? The money has come out of my bank account. I also did it twice as i just thought it didn't work the first time so have now been charged double, but my iCloud storage remains the same at 5GB.

You may want to logout of your account or check it on another device.

I logged out and back in my iCloud account and turned my iPhone off and on again. It didn't change anything I'm afraid 😟
wow I have this same issue. its sad that apple doesn't find it fitting to address or reply to this issue. Please help

Just go into settings to downgrade the iCloud space. After you click on downgrade it will ask you for password. Put your icloud password into it and hit OK. Than you get window with downgrade option. From here just cancel and you have to have it. Mine worked in second.
