I want to give my son my older IPAD but I want to delete any references to my ICLOUD account or e mail addresses. Any ideas how to get that done?

I have an older IPAD that I want to give to my son. But i Need to delete any references to my ICLOUD account or to my e mail accounts. Does anyone know how to get this done.
