how do I see who devices are using my Apple ID. I think my account may be being used my someone else as I have been chathes for things I haven't purchased. Thanks

Did you give or share your Apple ID or password with anyone? Or did you allow someone to use your device?
Change your iTunes store password password. Make it a good one.
