My MacBook Pro just died instantly with the charger connected. No life at all just the little green light at the magcontact is flickering weakly. Any idea of what problem it is?

Try a SMC reset:

If that does not help, make an appointment at an Apple store genius bar for a FREE evaluation.

Thank you for your suggestion. It did not work. The Mac is completely lifeless. Last alternative is repairshop.
