I purchased an album using my iPhone. Works fine on there, but it doesn't show up on my iTunes. When I search the store, it shows the album as purchased and doesn't allow me to do anything with it. I've tried all the tricks. It doesn't even show up in "Hidden Purchases". I just want my album. Is that too much to ask?
What are 'all the tricks' that you've tried ? You've gone to the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage, it doesn't show there for redownloading ? And you've tried connecting your phone to your computer's iTunes and done File > Devices > Transfer Purchases, that didn't copy it over from your phone ?
It doesn't even show up under Purchased with all the other stuff I purchased using the iPhone and it did not transfer when I connected the phone. I said I've done everything. But in the iTunes store, it shows as purchased and I can't do anything.
It's not an explicit album and you don't have explicit content restricted on your computer's iTunes ? You've tried logging out and back into the account on your computer's iTunes ? You've tried a different computer to see if it show in Purchased on that for redownloading ? What did iTunes Support say when you contacted them ?
