ipad has been locked because she's forgotten password. It's on icloud but not online
My daughters forgotten her password on her ipad.
When trying to restore, as lost my ipad is running 'help' suggests i delete contents from icloud.
As its not connected to the internet this can not happen.
I remove it from my computer.
Now I can't get any access to it to reset pass word.
Any clues?
