AMD Radeon R9 M370X Struggling to play games (i.e. GTA V) - bootcamp

Hello I am running bootcamp with windows 8.1 pro.

I have the latest retina Macbook pro (mid-2015) with AMD Radeon R9 M370X graphics, with 2.8 ghz processor and 16 gb of ram.

it's completely maxed out spec-wise, yet it struggles in bootcamp, for games.

I haven't been able to try it with other games, but with GTA V it is really struggling, it lags, even when the lowest resolution settings are on, and is next to unplayable.

Is this what I should expect with my maxed out macbook? Or is there another issue that maybe causing this.

Thanks in advance!

Things I have tried:

- Update graphics drivers, (which windows says its up to date) but I'm unsure if it is or not.

Follow this video tutorial, its says it all. My suggestions are not download the first program he tells you to download, unless you need every last percent of CPU, because it doesn't make much of a difference.

Also, when your done playing the game, make sure to turn your battery settings back to balanced, because even though I was just web browsing, my CPU was turbo'd to 3.8 ghz non-stop, and then when it was set to balanaced, it was back to normal.

This tutorial is for windows 8.1 so you might have to look for another video if your on a different Windows OS.

Hey bro, essentially what you did was change the amount of processors and maximum memory as well as changing the battery power plan? Also, does your GTA V really not lag? Is it on maximum graphic settings or what cause I play Sleeping Dogs in only 1920x1200 and it's already lagging sometimes on just medium settings. I have the same maxed-out mid 15 Pro.
