I took video on my iPhone 6 Plus at my son's wedding. I would like to get the video on to my MacBook Pro so I can create a movie and/or slideshow using iMovie. How do I get the video from my iPhone 6 Plus on to my MacBook?

I would suggest using the image capture application that comes installed with all macs. Image Capture: Transfer images and other items from your device
Just E-Mail it to yourself. You can also plug in your phone and open iphoto.
