Does the iPad connect to WiFi elsewhere, meaning when you use another WiFi network? Did you try resetting the router even though your wife's iPad can connect? It might help. Unplug it from power for about 30 seconds and the. Plug it in again.

Did not help. We have three iPads, two of them connect from any room, the third iPad will only connect from some of the rooms. The signal strength indicator shows low signal on the third iPad while the other two show strong signal everywhere. I have reset the third iPad's network many times and have also performed a hard start. Any actual remedies are welcome!
