Q: Authorizing help..

Even though my computer is authorized it still will not let me transfer music from my phone because it says that my computer is not authorized......even though it is. What should I do?

Thanks

If you're trying to transfer music purchased with a different Apple ID, authorize the computer with that one.

If you're trying to transfer music purchased with the same Apple ID, click here and follow the instructions.

Hi Niel, when I plug my phone into my Macbook I can play all the songs then.  But when I got to transfer music from my phone onto the main playlist it says that the computer is not Authorized....but it is. That's the confusing part. When I have my phone plugged in I can play all the songs from the phone's playlist..
