Please give a solution..

Friends, I have iPhone 5s with iOS 8.3 brought from america. After activate the phone, when I tried to use iTunes or iCloud an account opening form appears but I my country name (Bangladesh) is not found in the list and so I couldn't get access to iTunes or iCloud.. Please help me
