Safari crashing, plug-in error

Safari just started crashing saying it quit unexpectedly while using the librooksbas.dylib plug-in. I tried to reopen to delete the plug-in but it immediately crashes. Tried to uninstall Safari by dragging to the trash but it says it cannot be deleted as it is crucial to OSX. Any thoughts? See screenshot of the error below.

Remove "Rapport" by following the instructions on this page. If you have trouble, see this page.

Back up all data before making any changes.
