I am probably out of luck here, but I purchased PSPWare from nullriver software to keep my PSP loaded.
Does anybody here use it?
I cannot get it to convert/sync video files over.
I went through nullriver.com, and submitted a support question but have gotten no reply yet. Their software is still on the app store and seems to be up to date.
Any suggestions for support on this? Thanks.

I have not seen previous posts on the software. There are two reviews in the Mac App Store and both say it did not work. Googling shows the NullRiver is not really responsive to email support

As I did not purchase it from the app store, I'm not sure how helpful that would be.
You can dispute the charge to your credit card via the procedure you credit card company uses.
