When I have used Safari in the past, and started to type in the website such as target.com it would come up as a suggested sight as I started typing tar...or walma...and it would show Walmart. When I start to put in target or something like that I have to type out the whole things...no suggested website that it would be pop up like they used to. Please help me if you understand what I am talking about.

Confirm that Settings > Safari > Search Engine Suggestions is turned on.
That was turned on, but I just added google as a bookmark and now it's working. Thanks! 🙂
