My display is cracked and my screen is white.

So I have a iPhone 4s and sadly I dropped it for the fourth time. Now the display is cracked and the screen is white. I still get vibrations from when i connect it to my computer. I have manually reset it, I have held the power button, home ,and volume button at the same time. Nothing works and I don't know what to do whats wrong with it so cany some one HELP ME PLEASE???😕
