HI, when I press the email icon on iPad mini the screen tries to go on to emails by showing the default icons but then goes back to the home screen. Prior to that I was in the process of sending a video by message to someone and then changed to email icon on the photo icons. I've tried turning the iPad off and on but now I can't get emails. All other icons on the home screen ar fine. Can anyone advise me?

Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on device.
