Effects hierarchy

Hi everyone,

I just have a quick question about video effects priority.

Is the one physically on top the priority? If I were to do CC first and then put a LUT on the clip the CC will be above the LUT plugin?

I read the manuals and it doesn't clearly say which top or bottom is effected first.
