Keyboard and Trackpad not working (Last Hope)

I have a late 2010 MacBook Air A1369 that has a non responsive keyboard and trackpad.

No drops or spillage. Problem began with a finicky trackpad then completely failed along with the keyboard and hasn't worked since.

Only Power button works

External Keyboard and mouse work fine.

So far I have attempted:

Bluetooth Off

PRAM Reset with the external keyboard

SMC Reset (manually since built in keyboard won't work) by removing the battery and holding down the power button for 5 seconds.

Battery seems fine (no indication of bulging).

Ribbon cable to trackpad and keyboard seems fine.

Full Clean Yosemite Install

No glimmer of hope.

Aside from throwing money at it and start replacing the logic board, trackpad and keyboard i'm hoping for some help or direction.
