Changing voicemail number on old iPhone.

My phone is an iPhone 4S running the latest ios update. I have recently changed my cellular phone carrier and need to change the telephone number which my iPhone should ring when I tap "voicemail" on the phone screen. How do I do this as going to General settings, phone etc. does not show anything about voicemail?
