I have iphone 4 and icluod activion lock ,
how i can unlock ?
I porget apple id and the password

If the Apple ID and password that you have forgotten are your Apple ID and password, you can go to FORGOT APPLE ID.
If the Apple ID and password belong to a previous owner of the device, you will have to contact them to remove the Activation Lock:

Or, return it for a refund.
