Phone Fell In Water !!

So my 5s fell in water a 2weeks ago , when it fell in water I put it in a bag of rice right away . So my 5s was in rice for 36 hours then I finally took it out and hooked it up to the charger and the screen stayed black . I dont know what to do at this point , I bought this phone off my friend and dont know if he had apple care . What should I do really need some help !
