some of my podcasts have trouble that everytime i click on refresh button to download new episode of one podcast .the podcast with trouble wil automatically redownload its recent episode
i dont know how to deal with it although i have tried to unsubcribed , deleted and subcribed again 😟

This seems to be a quite prevalent bug in iTunes.
The closest I got to "resolving" it is to set Settings for the podcast to "Delete Played Episodes" and then let iTunes eventually delete them (it should be after 24 hour, but often takes longer).
