Error to connect to wifi or ethernet

I use my apple tv around the last 6 months, but, I go to use today and this cann't connect to Ethernet, but, surpise, the ethernet wire is not connect to Apple TV, after this error, I connect the apple tv to the Ethernet wire and this show in the screen all WIFI connections.

I restart, reset and factory restart, but, all is bad.

Please Help me!!!

My Apple TV is 3rd Gen.
