Backup is damaged and not restoring

I backup my iPhone and when I restoring the backup the computer say "the backup is fail or not good for this iPhone" how can I save the backup? It is there but fail to restor. When I backup my iPhone was 8.0 iOS and now 8.3 Maybe this is the problem?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.3
