Clock bugs

I Have a problem, this problem occur 5 days ago. I don't know what happemd my iPhone clock on lock screen is error. But the clock in app like line is ok. I tried to switch of the automatic button at general. It fixed, but 5 more minutes, the time is wrong again. What happemd and how to fix it?
