After receiving the shutdown message on iMessage, my iPod Touch 5 Gen is not usable.

I was listening to music on my iPod touch, and was on Facebook.

I got this text on iMessage on my iPod touch. When I tapped the notification to open it, a few short seconds later my iPod instantly shut down then powered on quickly. I am unable to open apps or send messages or use the camera.

I just recently looked up the issue, and saw others having the issue with their iPhones and some people with iPods.

Can someone please help me?
