Q: Brand New Macbook Pro Charger Not Working

Hi,

I've bought from apple a new charge for my laptop and is not working. I have my old one working perfectly and I'm using the new one in exactly the same conditions but is like a dead cat (without the smell maybe).

Weird thing is that (it happend 2 times) even if the magsafe connector wasn't connected to my laptop the green light was flashing lightly for like 30sec.

I've done lots of research on the internet, tried lots of things but with no succes.

- I've disconnected the battery connector and connect it again.

- I reset the SMC

- there are no stucked pins on the connector

- magsafe connectors are clean

- I'm using the last update on my OS X

- the charger wasn't working at anytime
