My iPhone 4s doesn't work when it is off and I recharge it, it makes a sound every 10 seconds but the screen is still black. iTunes recognizes it, but I can't restore my backup because of an error.When, finally, I reset it, it makes video but not photo because the screen is black. If I can't recharge it when it is still on, I have to repeat what I say below, and I have to reset it with iTunes! What can I do?
