Are you having problems downloading it ?
If you are downloading it from the iTunes store then you will have to install it onto an iOS device to be able to use it, apps from iTunes can't be used on computers - an app's requirements are listed on its description page in the store.
Ok thank you King, so my MacBook Pro is not an iOS device then correct? Would I have to purchase different version of this App iNAVx to use on the MacBook Pro, do you know if one exists.
Currently have the App on my iPhone and want to also have on MacBook too!
Correct, your Mac runs OS X, apps for that are available in the Mac App Store on your Mac :
The developer's website, http://www.inavx.com/, implies that it's only available for iOS devices (iPads, iPhones, iPod Touches).
