iPhone calendar invites

My boss and I both share the iPhone calendar - How can I send out invites "as her"? ie. not from me but on her behalf with no mention of me.

Maybe there is a better app we can use - It does not have to be linked to E-mails I just want to send out invites as if they were being sent directly from her.
