Why I can't pay from my UK credit card for my mom purchases in Poland?
Why there is so many restriction in Apple Store that I can't use more than one Apple Store at once?
Why me and my family must to be in the same country? It's not always possible.
To setup Family Sharing, both accounts must be set to the same country.
That I already know (it's part of my question). I'm asking: Why?
Please, don't answer: Because Apple want it to be in same country.

Nobody here would know. My best guess is different countries have different laws regarding online purchases, privacy, etc. There likely isn't a simple solution to resolve all the laws of different countries into a nice, neat package.
My and my parents are in different countries. I want to add my mom to Family Sharing but... I can't. It says that we need to be in the same country.
