I am unable to access my purchased movies folder in my iPhone, Ipad and Apple TV. It says "Cannot Connect to Itunes Store"... However, if I go to the Music and Films link, it works. Help please!
I am trying to download my purchased movies to my iPad and also trying to access via Apple TV. However, on both devices, it says "Cannot Connect to Itunes Store" if accessing the "Purchased" folder. However, I can access the rest of the Itunes store to buy/rent movies.
