Execution of Python app crashes with "Abort Trap: 6"

Hi experts,

I have build a Python app executable using py2app. I am using Python 3.4 and PyQt5 in Mac OS X Yosemite (Version 10.10.1). When I ran the python file using command "python3 app_name.pyw" from Terminal, it runs perfectly fine. However, when I tried to run the executable build using py2app (named app_name.app), the application crashes and the console message shows "Abort Trap: 6".

Please help.
