Is it possible to connect the USB Camera Adapter to the CF card reader ? and will the image quality will still the same when I import to the Mac ?

I would like to know if it's possible to use the USB Camera Adapter with the CF card ?

and will it still the image quality when I import the RAW file to the Mac ?

I'm too tired for carrying the MB Pro around.

I don't know of any CF Card readers that will work with the Camera Adapter. I just connect the Camera Adapter to my camera to download photos. I only need to carry the Camera Adapter and a USB cord that fits my camera. Be sure to select Keep after downloading photos so the photos remain on the card. The Card can then be stored until you get home.
