I cannot get a playlist to play in order on itunes on my computer. Can anyone tell me how to achieve this?

I cannot get a playlist to play in order. I have never had this problem before and don't know how to fix this. Can anyone help me out, it is a necessity that it runs in order and flows into the next track.
