I forgot icloud ID password, I can't recovery it either via birth date or via e-mail to reset it.

I forgot icloud ID password, there're two ways to reset it. Yet unfortunately when I input my birth date, it told the information don't match up. And seems like the e-mail address is the same as this ID, so I certainly can't receive any emails, so I find no way to reset my iCloud ID, please dear my friends please advise who can I ask help to? thanks.
